  It is now a CQC requirement that if you undertake online consultations, you should be registered with CQC. The exemption given to face to face treatment in consulting room does not apply to online consultation via video, telephone or email.

  As a doctor you remain in control and decide your own schedule, fees and who you see.

  You can offset upfront payments against revenue you generate on the app. This needs to be agreed as per the terms and conditions of the app.
